Tool storage (tool boxes, industrial cabinets, etc...).
Large, heavy duty, metal workbenches (4'x8' would be perfect).
Modern desktop computer equipment (2014 or newer).
All manner of hand tools (saws, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc...).
Any form of power tool (power saws, drills, air tools, etc...).
