During my High School career, the negativity and racism from others was something that sparked the fire in me to improve my look and increase my overall confidence, because I knew at some point, I could develop my talent to become better, but also to make an impact within the Fitness community to encourage others to live a better and healthier lifestyle.
Back then I was a State Track Runner & till this day I am a World Champion in Karate-Do Martial Arts where I am a 2nd Degree Black Belt..

A year later with plenty of hard work, dedication, and consistency..I reached my desire Goal at that time of Transforming my physique, where I shared every step of the way on my website (www.JohnCarterFitness.com) It was humbling to see the traffic it was getting from my day-to-day blogs and the impact it was making on those wanting to do the same thing I was doing.
I shared my nutrition, training, part of my supplementation and even the ups and downs of my journey into becoming a better me and transforming my physique to where I wanted it to be.

During my career, Bodybuilding.com Featured me for Athlete of the Month, Transformation of the Month and many other accomplishments within my career in the Business.
I've had the great honor of being published Internationally and also write for different publications like Physique Magazine, STATUS Fitness Magazine, Inside Fitness Magazine, Physique MMA Magazine and many others, while also pursuing my career in acting/TV Hosting here in Los Angeles,CA and Daytona Beach,FL.
Where I landed awards on ABC/NBC and also played a few rolls on several TV commercials.
I've also had the great honor & opportunity to be the face of Several Fitness products like the 5 Minute shaper, in which I was the Lead Trainer for, being distributed all over Europe and still airing in Local TV Networks.
I've also have had the great pleasure to work with Men's Fitness US where we shot for the March Issue 2013, and now I currently work with Men's Fitness UK ran by Denni's Publishing as one of their main models & writers with new features coming soon into the magazine like the May Issue 2013 being my recent feature, and last but not least I am also a writer for FitnessRX For Men here in the US..
