With a love of Bull Riding from the ripe age of 14 this passion turned into a 4 year professional career which led him to compete in the USA and in turn won multiple Titles..

Jesse’s biggest motivation is continual self improvement and through his travels he has obtained a passion for helping others through tough times.
His decision to leave his sport was a hard one, however, he has a new found passion for Real Estate and now brings a bright, vibrant personality within our close knit office here at Ray White Redland Bay.

My story prior to becoming an agent a little further in depth, I Started competing when I was 15.
I had really good success as I spent 8 months training before I entered my first event as a junior competitor.
I was off the an extraordinary start leading the series I competed in at the time “ CRCA” and then I was faced with my first injury breaking my ankle.
After taking 5 months off competition I cam back in right where I left off, gathered up the guys in front of me and placed 3rd for the season.

With my mind set I could do it I set out and won the CRCA Junior championship two years in a row at the age of 16 & 17, Whilst I was only a junior I stepped up into the rookie and open events and showed potential completion against the best in QLD, Doing so at 17 I won the open Bull riding title of QLD as a junior competitor.

Whilst I was doing so great in the QLD competition I had a much bigger vision and the was to compete as a professional bull rider.
At the time I was still only 17 so I wasn’t yet old enough to compete in PBR events though I went ahead and planned it all a year in advance.
I booked flights, organised visa’s and when my 18th birthday came around I flew to America that week go to live my dream.

As an 18 year old I came into the PBR as a Rookie contender, To achieve that I had some caching up to do as I had already mist 4 months of competition.
Winning my first PBR event only 2months into my adventure and placing at many of the events I attended gave me the opportunity to compete in the Australian Cup Series, By qualifying for Australian cup series I then also qualified for the Australian finals.
The competitions went over 4 weeks and my riding average was exceeding all expectations so I placed up second in the Australia PBR finals and Won the Australia Rooking Title for the PBR.

After Having so much success I was sitting 56 in the qualifying standing of the PBR “Build ford tough series “ The Built ford tough is the highest ranked events a bull rider can be apart of in the world and won more event win would have game me the opportunity to compete as a world title contender.

Between 2011 and 2012 I made bull riding a consistent income, Traveling around the world meeting fans of the sport, Competing in events all over the US, Canada and Australia.
Unfortunately in November 2012 I broke my leg at a competition in Townsville QLD.
This injury had kept me form competing for 14 months and im proud to say in February 2014 I got back into competition full time motivated by what i've had the opportunity to learn by being forced to take time off riding bulls it allowed me to stop and think about how far I want to go in the sport.
At this time I made one of my biggest life decisions to change career and get involved with another very fulfilling career which turned my passion towards real estate..
