Locally, I am best known for being Durango's Weather Guy and launching a local Facebook page dedicated to bringing the most accurate weather to our geographically challenging region of Colorado, Durango Snow Lovers.
I was born and raised in Iowa and moved to Denver, Colorado in 1992, and Durango in 2008.
Professionally, I spent 15 years in Finance, Investment Banking and Venture Capital.
In 2003 I became a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
I also received a job offer in Operations Management, which I took.
After 11 years I left the Company and once again got my Real Estate license to join my wife, and now business partner, Susan Givens, a licensed Real Estate Broker and full-time Realtor since 1999.
We enjoy working with all Buyers and Sellers, regardless of price, from a $50,000 lot to a $5,000,000 estate.
We are active in the community, we do volunteer work for the United Way and Habitat for Humanity where Susan sits on the Board of Directors.
