Detailed description is 一般社団法人福山青年会議所の公式フェイスブックページです。 福山青年会議所は1959年（昭和34年）に広島県内５番目に設立されました青年による地域貢献活動を行う団体です。青年会議所（JC）とは"明るい豊かな社会"の実現を同じ理想とし、次代の担い手たる責任感をもった20歳から40歳までの指導者たらんとする青年の団体です。青年は人種、国籍、性別、職業、宗教の別なく、自由な個人の意志によりその居住する各都市の青年会議所に入会できます。50余年の歴史をもつ日本の青年会議所運動は、めざましい発展を続けておりますが、現在720の地域に4万余名の会員を擁し、全国的運営の総合調整機関として日本青年会議所が東京にあります。全世界に及ぶこの青年運動の中枢は国際青年会議所ですが、112カ所の国及び地域に100NOM（国際青年会議所）があり、約27万人の会員が国際的な連携をもって活動しています。日本青年会議所の事業目標は、"社会と人間の開発"です。その具体的事業としてわれわれは市民社会の一員として、市民の共感を求め社会開発計画による日常活動を展開し、「自由」を基盤とした民主的集団指導能力の開発を推し進めています。さらに日本の独立と民主主義を守り、自由経済体制の確立による豊かな社会を創り出すため、市民運動の先頭に立って進む団体、それが青年会議所です。
