Detailed description is JB grew up in Southern California.
He served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps and was medically retired after he sustained injuries in Fallujah Iraq.
JB grew up playing drums starting at the age of 7.
He later learned guitar, piano and eventually became a vocalist.
He started his first band Sub-Divisions at the age of 15.
The band was influenced by early 90's rock and metal.
At 19 years old, he got serious and started to persue music full time.
He and a close friend started the heavy rock band Octane.
They were a well known local band in the Orange County California area.

After a bad break up with the band, JB started the alternative rock band X-Syndrome.
X-Syndrome became one of Los Angeles' critically acclaimed bands as they showcased with such bands as Linkin Park, Alien Ant Farm and Story of the Year.
JB was the lead vocalist and main lyric writer for X-Syndrome.
The band eventually broke into a recording and management deal with Dream Music.
X-Syndrome was given a substantial amount of airplay nationally and internationally with such songs as "Fades Away, "Compromise", "August" and "Change".
The band had a great deal of success but in 2004 JB decided to move to Japan for a few years, taking a break from X-Syndrome and ultimately never rejoining the band..

While in Japan, JB started working on an electronic music project called "Song's From The Sun".
While in Japan JB joined the band Japanese band Crossfaith.
He Signed on and played over 20 shows as not only the temporary lead vocalist but as their drummer as well.

Upon his return back to the US, JB joined Acropolis Records band Dubious Neuman as their full time drummer.
Once in the band, JB started to write with lead vocalist Alex Ash.
JB left the band shortly after a show at the House of Blues in Anaheim California stating creative differences.
