Detailed description is A quiet vacation house directly on the coastline near Utah Beach in Normandy France Jardin d’arbres côtiers or 'tree garden on the coast' is our vacation home in Lower Normandy France.
Located directly on the coast just north of D-Day beach Utah beach, it’s a quiet family home built originally using the reparation money allotted to the original owners after WW II .

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (two doubles one king), a shower room with toilet, a kitchen á dining room, a toilet and a huge outdoor deck leading to the garden/dunes and sea.
The second floor is reached by climbing a spiral staircase a later addition to the house which opens into a large loft area broken into three sections: a tv/ sitting area (with an extra sofa bed), a sitting area which opens onto a small balcony with a wood burning stove and 4th bedroom area.
