Detailed description is I teach reformer and mat Pilates classes throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
I also take private clients.
Please contact me for bookings.
I am a Sydney-based pilates instructor who encompasses a holistic health approach to teaching.
I work with clients to help them move freely, strongly, and without pain to achieve optimal performance, fitness, injury rehabilitation and relaxation.
Not only do I hope to improve fitness and movement in my clients, I hope to inspire in them a desire to live a more natural and healthy lifestyle and to feel confident with who they are..

I am a qualified reformer and matwork pilates instructor.
I teach both large and small group classes in matwork, reformer and studio pilates, as well as mums and bubs.
I also take private clients and appeared on Vogue Australia Online in the One Hot Yoga Studio.
I have a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from UNSW and am currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
I hold my sports trainer certification and have also completed a massage internship.
I aim to combine my physiotherapy degree, psychology degree and pilates qualifications to provide a more holistic health and wellbeing treatment..
