Jack was voted "Coach of the Year" in 1985 by the Cincinnati Enquirer while coaching at Anderson High School.
Jack was the head coach at Xavier University from 1990-2004.
Jack was named Midwestern Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year in 1992 and led the Xavier University Men's Soccer team to a Midwestern Collegiate Conference title in 1994.
