You will come in to IWT and you will be expected to work.
We have no machines for you to sit on and relax through a set of machine preacher curls.
You are expected to work hard for your results..

I will not take your money for you to slack off.
I will not take your money to watch your kids be lazy and give half an effort.
I will gladly refund the remainder of your training so I can fit in athletes who actually want to work if you are coming to me and giving me less then your best consistently..

That doesn’t mean I expect every workout to be your ultimate effort – we all have life to worry about, we get sick, we are stressed, etc – this means I don’t expect to hear complaining, I don’t expect to see anybody quit and I don’t expect to hear attitudes in our Temple..

I don’t want people to come in and go home feeling like they failed themselves.
I want people to go home with their heads held high, I want my warrior athletes to go on the playing field and know they are physically better than the man they are going against on gameday.
I want people who are ready to commit to improve, people who are ready to commit to making themselves the absolute best they can physically be.
I want people who will look in the mirror and tell themselves, “I did it, I am proud of myself”..
