The woodburning stove and ground source heat pump ensure that it is always cosy and welcoming especially after a day out on the fells or walking in the South Tyne valley.
The owners do their best to make sure that guests are comfortable and happy and feel welcome.

Lots of extras are included in the price; all fuel, towels and bedlinen, laundry liquids and powders, washing up liquid and tablets, handwashes in all bathrooms, enough loo rolls and kitchen roll for your stay.
