Proffessional instuction with over 20 years of experience Mondays we have beginner martial arts 5:30-6:30, advanced martial arts/weapons training 6:30-7:30, full contact and cardio kickboxing 7:30-8:30.
A membership for Martial Arts and Kickboxing is $$25 per month..
