International House is the name of my apartment building just across the street from the Clark University campus.
Since I bought it in 1984, it has been home to graduate students from all over the world.

It is located at the intersection of Florence and Charlotte Streets, on the corner diagonally opposite Sanford-Johnson Hall..

There are three apartments, one on each floor.
Each apartment has two bathrooms.
The first and second floor apartments have three bedrooms each, the third floor has four bedrooms.

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement, shared by all three apartments..

There are five parking spaces, usually one assigned to the second floor, and two each to the first and third floors.
If more spaces are needed, Clark University operates a large garage with monthly spaces for rent only one block away..

International House is an older building, built in 1921 as far as I can tell, but we keep it safe, clean, and quiet.
