Anderson, Chief Anderson had served the Village of Interlaken as a part-time Police Officer from 1998 to 2005 and from March of 2012 to October 2012.
On October 26, 2012 he was hired as the Village of Interlaken’s first full time Police Officer.
In December of 2012 he was promoted to Police Sergeant and in April of 2013 he was promoted to the position of Police Chief.
Prior to working for the Interlaken Police Department Chief Anderson worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department from June of 1998 to January of 2001, he then worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office from January of 2001 until October of 2012..
