2” desarrollada en Puerto Barrios el 27 de Septiembre de 2008, se adquirió el compromiso presidencial de la creación para el año 2009 del Instituto Nacional de Educación Diversificada con la Carrera de Bachillerato en Ciencias y letras con Orientación en Computación, en el Municipio de El Estor, del Departamento de Izabal; suscrito en el numeral 31 del acta de compromiso de la misma fecha, por el Señor Presidente y la Señora Ministra de Educación.
