Detailed description is "The Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu" is taught at Olympia Fitness by experienced instructors from Infinity Martial Arts in Berlin, MD.
The goal for this program is to offer a friendly, non-competitive environment where beginners and intermediate grapplers can feel comfortable learning and refining the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The 1-hour class will consist of (approximately) 15 minutes of stretching and warm up, 15 minutes of technical instruction, 15 minutes of drilling techniques, and 15 minutes of controlled grappling.
