Detailed description is Indian Students Association at The Ohio State University ISA is the Indian student body at Ohio State University.
Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between the Indian and the OSU community while uniting the Indian community under one roof, one organization.
We strive to unite the buckeye spirit with the Indian traditions..

Our year round activities start with an active involvement in helping incoming international students settle in at Ohio State.
Right from picking them up when they set foot at Port Columbus International Airport, we provide them with temporary accommodation and actively help them move into and set up their new apartments.
Our “experts” educate them on the 'where's and the 'how's at Ohio state along with an exclusive ISA Fresher’s Party.
We see to it that the new.
students don't feel lost on this huge campus!.

ISA is a non-profit student run organization.
Last year, we generated over $25,000 and donated to NGOs like Mahila Vikas Project and Mid Ohio Food Bank..

Throughout the year, we make it a point to celebrate all major Indian festivals with the same gusto and enthusiasm, as we would back home in India.
Not to mention celebrating the unofficial religion of our country: Cricket!.

We organize frequent tournaments along with the OSU Cricket Club starting with the Buckeye Premier League in autumn stretching to the cricket tournament in the Buckeye Mela in spring quarter.
This year, we screened the quarter finals, semi finals and the final of the World Cup at the Ohio Union attended by a large number of crowds cheering for their men in blue..
