Katrina joins Patrice and Associates after 25 years with CNN.
In her role as Senior Manager, Global Business Operations, she was responsible for operational, logistical, business and HR related task across the CNN Espanola and International Networks.
She managed a team responsible for facilitation of employee transfers world-wide, on-boarding and off-boarding, time reporting, administration and cost management.
Katrina says she is very excited about Patrice and Associates where she can certainly utilize her many years of experience with candidate sourcing and hiring.
Katrina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and is a Marine Corps Veteran.
She spends personal time with family, a good book (pages, not electronic), Special Olympics coaching and volunteering and pursuing better health and fitness..

He has worked as a successful Sales Professional in several industries.
Most notably Real Estate, he has held a Real Estate Broker’s license for over 20 years.
He was principal broker and managing partner for his own Century 21 office where he recruited, trained and supervised real estate agents and office support.
Under his leadership the firm closed transactions in the hundreds and had a sales volume in the millions of dollars.
In addition to a sales career, Ray has also worked in investment banking as a licensed Financial Advisor with such companies as AIG/VALIC Financial Advisors, Edward Jones and Turner Wealth Management.
Ray began his professional career in radio in Nashville, prior to enlisting in the US Army where he served for 11 years continuing his love for radio as a broadcast journalist and public affairs specialist.
