My name is Alex Pappas, and I am the owner of iFitness.
This whole idea started when I kept buying protein bars for after my workouts...
but kept realizing that I wasn't enjoying them because they tasted terrible.
So, I thought maybe buying a protein cookie in a store would lead to better results.
Although the cookie did taste good, I could tell that I was not getting the amount of protein that I desired.
Along with that, some protein cookies cost $4 each! "That's crazy!" I thought.
I was done with having people sell me a product that is either: gross tasting, not filled with enough protein, or straight up to expensive.
So, I made the decision to make my own protein cookies..

Originally, I was making these protein cookies for myself after I was done with the gym.
People would see me eating them and ask if they could try one.
What I found out is that people love the taste of these protein cookies, and they love them even more when they find out that there's 21g of protein in each cookie and that they can afford it.
I had an idea.
If I can create an affordable, nutritious and delicious protein cookie for myself, then I would also like to provide those protein cookies to you :).
