Detailed description is I am a small town girl with big dreams.
Badass good girl who's gone through so much in life.
I want to share my life to help others through tough times.
My name is Nikki.
I am 41 years old and I am a wife and mother of 3 kids.
I have 2 daughters, one who is almost 6 and the other is 13.
I also have a son who is 3.
I am a stay at home mom for the most part.
I also am a hairdresser and work for Maurices clothing store.
But my passion is fitness.
I have been on my journey for one year.
I have lost 60 pounds through better nutrition and falling in love with working out.
I have been through a lot of tough things in my life which brought me to becoming over weight.
The loss of my first husband from cancer and my sister within 18 months of my husband.
Several other life changing moments that I turned to food and shutting myself off from the world.
But I found strength and joined Beachbody and am now in the best shape of my life and stronger mentally and physically! So I ask you to join me on my journey.
