Detailed description is Højslev Kro er en gammel dansk landevejskro, hvis historie kan skrives tilbage til 1870.
og den velbesøgte restaurant samt aktiviteten i de hyggelige selskabslokaler gør i dag Højslev Kro til landsdelens førende Højslev Kro ligger centralt placeret ved Limfjorden, og kroen har i generationer været en markant del af bybilledet i landsbyen Højslev Stationsby ved Skive.
Siden 1997 har den været ejet og drevet af ægteparret Sara og Claus G.
Engmann, og med et vedholdende sats på høj madkvalitet og gode oplevelser har parret fået solidt placeret kroen på det kulinariske Danmarkskort.
