Anyone can join classes at anytime throughout the summer.

A 25 minute hard and fast workout utilizing high intensity interval training.
This class is for those comfortable performing plyometrics and other various “jumping” movements..

Cardio Strength Interval.
Individuals travel around the room performing each exercise for 30-45 seconds before moving on to the next one.
The last 10-15 minutes are devoted to abdominal exercises and stretching.
The movements can be modified to fit a variety of exercise abilities; however, participants should be comfortable performing movements on the floor (sit ups, planks, etc.).
