僕が、泊まれる立ち飲み屋「STAND BY ME」をやろうと思ったのは、鎌倉シャツで採用人事をやっていた10年ほど前にさかのぼる。.

会社からたくさんの採用予算をゲットした僕は、マイナビにリクナビに、とにかく露出を続けてエントリー学生数を年間1万人にまで増やすことができた。.

多くの学生と会ってようやく気付いたのが、.
