We have additional spare capacity of 200 Tons with all modern facilities to manufacture the subject casting..

Since then it has been manufacturing Graded , Malleable & Ductile Iron castings weighing 20 grams to 100 Kgs.
We have a mechanized foundry with a battery of Induction Furnaces supported by Development , Processing & Quality Control Department.
The foundry is supported by well equipped Pattern Shop, Fettling & Grinding Shop, Heat Treatment Shop having Bell & Pit Cycle Annealing Furnaces, Machine Shop, Physical, Chemical & Metallorgaphic testing facilities and Spectrometer for chemical analysis..
