Detailed description is Hidden Lake Aquaponics is a family owned business that is producing organically grown produce for you and your family.
Welcome to Hidden Lake Aquaponics!.

We are a short drive from the center of beautiful down town Washington, Georgia, in the heart of Wilkes County.
Hidden Lake takes pride in traditional American values that blend with 21st century organic farming practices.
(We are not organically certified currently, but are working to meet the requirement so we can proudly sell organically raised tilapia and non-genetically modified herbs and produce.) Our 6,000 square foot greenhouse is the center of our operations.
The construction was completed in May of 2013.

We are eager to start our crop production in August of 2013.
"Thai Basil" will be out first crop, along with thousands of tilapia.
The tilapia provide the bio-nutritients that will enable our crops to grow year round, regardless of the season.

The Hidden Lake property does actually have a secluded lake tucked into the Georgia pines, and inspired our name.
Our mission is to grow healthy produce, herbs, and fish in an organic and sustainable environment.
We are excited to be able to provide educational seminars and fish fries on the farm with our Wilkes county neighbors, as well as share the exciting capabilities of our greenhouse ecosystem..
