The students admitted to this program fit the general profile of HEOP students:.
-High-school average between 80 and 90, preferably Regents courses.
-Four years of English.
-A minimum of two years of mathematics.
-One year of science.
-Combined SAT scores between 750 and 1000.
-Class rank in the upper two-thirds of the graduating class.
Under normal circumstances, AHANA students would not be accepted through regular admission.
