Come join us on our farming adventure as we (re)learn what farm life on the family farm is all about! The Heidel Family Farm has been in the family for many generations, and recently some of the "kids" have come back with their own children, to continue the family farm.

Today the farm is a certified organic dairy farm where we strive to raise the happiest and healthiest cows possible on our beautiful farm in the rolling hills of eastern Wisconsin.
We are a grass-based, no-grain dairy - meaning that our cows, bulls, calves eat grass all year long and they spend most of their time during the growing season out in our lush green pastures, happily munching on grass, clover, or whatever else they happen to find out there..

We are always trying new things on the farm.
In 2014, we added pigs to the farm to try our hand at raising pigs in a pasture.
We found out they love drinking milk, and we have plenty of that here on the farm! In 2015, we are giving pastured chickens a go, and giving an old wagon new life as the portable chicken coop.
