Detailed description is Ellen is a Health Inspector currently on hiatus after quitting her government job for a one way ticket to the UK, on a mission to share her 'inspector' skills with the real world.
As of July 2017 I officially hit the pause button on my Australian Health Inspector life for an undetermined amount of time, to head over to the UK on a one way ticket..

Initially the idea of a trip OS was essentially to stop, rewind and refresh; I have never had a gap year or break and have leaped from school to uni straight into full time work.
But with Public Health being such a constant in my life for the last 8 or so years, I didn't want to completely give it the boot and put it on the back burner...
why can't I take with me the parts I like - the information sharing, the community engaging, the proactive risk assessing and the 'people-helping' parts?.
