Detailed description is The hottest night club to hit the fort smith downtown district to date.
I've had several messages and texts from curious citizens about dress code and rules.
So, I'll do my part to contribute to the Havoc PSA..

No Baggy Clothes (ie, sag busters, shorts that hang to your ankles, shirts 4 sizes too large, jerseys etc..

No hanes white tee shirts.
We want well dressed, classy and sharp dressed ppl..

No flashing the no no square ladies.
If you're unsure what your no no square is I'm not sure we can help you..

No outside food or beverages.
that means no 5th's of evan williams in your big ol purse that you left on the dance floor and was recovered after you were passed out and your husband made you leave..

No shitty attitudes.
Just because you choose to show up at 12:00am and there's a line 3 blocks long doesn't allow you to curse the bouncers, owners or the pretty ppl that were hand picked to come in because they looked UH-MAZING!.

We are a "private club" therefore we do reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE WE CHOOSE simply because we can..

If you are caught having sex in HAVOC, you will be escorted out and it will be recommended that you check into the "plan B pill".

If you are destructive and feel the need to "show us what you're working with" I would highly suggest you check that at the door.
We are constantly working with the FS Police Department to ensure we are a safe and fun establishment.
If that is breached, you will be arrested..

The back alley is not a public restroom no is it a "secret" way to get in all your homeboys..

If you urinate on my building or alley OR sidewalk, fort smith PD will charge you with a Public Intox ($260.00 fine) but also an Indecent exposure which will lead to arrest and you will then be required to register as a sex offender.
Those charges will NEVER fall off of your record and will result in job loss and difficulty finding employment thereafter..
