Detailed description is * The Harvest Motel is a family business owned by Walenty and Katarzyna Bukowski.
They bought the motel on the 14th of February in 1997.
The owners didn’t have much to their name but they did know that they wanted to purchase a motel.
They started from the bottom by reaching out for a loan from a local bank.
Over time they made this beautiful motel by having the skill of a handyman and a designer.
Customers enjoy the warmth and coziness of feeling like they are in their own home every time someone walks through the doors of the Harvest Motel..
As the customers’ pull up to the motel, they expect it to be your typical Chain of Super 8 motels.
The Harvest Motel is not even close to comparing to other motels.
There is a big yellow sign that has Harvest Motel written on it and has Wheat as its background.
By viewing the sign, a person might assume that is a farm-like motel.

The motel is two story tall building with tan siding, and a brown metal roof to prevent from having too much hail damage during storming season.
In front of the motel is a gazebo with a picnic table made out of plastic wicker that has this distinctive basket weave look to it.
Also under the gazebo is a weber grill in which any customer may have a cook out if they desire to.
On the back deck of the motel is a hot tub.
Around the hot tub are decorations with inspirational wording such as smile, laugh, dance, sing, etc..
Surrounding the motel are colorful flowers planted in half barrels (vertically cut in half.) The landscaping is quite exquisite where two-toned landscaping stones are placed around a statue of “Jesus the Shepherd.” In motels you do not usually see religious statues, but rather just have a bible in the night stand drawer.

Although the outside of the motel is quite exquisite, the inside of the motel is far more stunning.
As you walk into the motel, you recognize the neutral, unique colors of the decorations.
At the front desk, the counter top is black granite and dark wood edging right underneath it.
Behind you is a portrait of “Archangel Michael Defeating Satan” with a prayer to the left of it.
This is truly interesting for a motel which attracts many Christians.

In the Lobby is located the free continental breakfast with a night stay.
The continental breakfast serves; wheat or white bread, raison bread, bagels, English muffin, cereal, oatmeal, and of course there has to be coffee to keep everyone satisfied.
This area has a table to seat four and a couch for two.
There is also a couple more tables on the main floor hallway to sit two.
Right next to the continental breakfast are self-service washers and dryers, and also an ice machine.
In this same room is this old fashion baggage carrier.
Also in the lobby are located family pictures on the wall showing that this is a family owned business.

There are two levels to the motel and the only way to access the second level are through stairs that are on the north and south sides of the building.
