Detailed description is Course pédestre organisé par Rotary club Tunis.
1/La Happy Run : Course de 5Km.
Cette course est une épreuve à la portée de tout sportif débutant ou amateur.
L’idée est de faire participer le maximum de coureurs jeunes,moins jeunes, scolaires ou universitaires.
Cette course se fera à travers une boucle simple autour du Lac 1(voir parcours) .Lors des précédentes éditions, nous avions constatés l’enthousiasme de cette course autant auprès des coureurs que du public..

La nouvelle distance de 5 km permettra d’offrir une course attractive et motivante aux coureurs de tous niveaux..

Pour garantir une plus grande participation, nous avons sollicité l’engagement de l’association sportive scolaire et universitaire..

2/Le Semi-Marathon: Conforme aux normes de compétition, agréé par la Fédération Tunisienne d’Athlétisme (FTA),le Championnat de Tunisie du Semi-Marthon et dans le même esprit que les autres éditions, à savoir la participation de marathoniens professionnels et amateurs..

C’est un Parcours qui longe les Berges du lac de Tunis plat et fait d’une seule boucle.Il est idéal pour les coureurs qui cherchent à améliorer leurs performances..

Le parcours est balisé de façon traditionnelle.Des stations d’épongeage sont prévues tous les 2,5km.
Nous mettons également à la disposition des coureurs des tables de ravitaillement, liquide tous les 5km pour les 10 premiers Km, et liquide et solide pour les 10 derniers Km.Le top départ des coureurs sera donné à 9h15 pour le Semi-marathon (21,100 Km).
