Welcome to new school year.
My name is Scott Dippel and I am the new principal here at Hanby Middle School and at Patrick Elementary School.
I am very excited about returning to Gold Hill.
I worked as a dean at Hanby Middle School before becoming the principal at Jewett Elementary in Central Point, where I have been for the past four years.

spent my entire career in the district.
My family has worked at or attended a District #6 school for more than 80 consecutive years.
I understand the long standing traditions of both Hanby and Patrick and their importance to our community in Gold Hill.

In being the principal of both schools, I am committed to scheduling time in each building every day.
It is important to me that staff, kids, and parents identify me as the principal and that I am accessible each day.
I also have wonderful support staff.
Beside the great office staff at both schools I have Sara Hanberg at Patrick in the roll of Title One teacher and Maggie Staley at Hanby in the roll of part time Dean.
Both will be available issues in my absence.
