Der Haldy-Turm ist eine Sehenswürdigkeit von Ründeroth.Oberhalb von Ründeroth steht der 1903 erbaute Haldy-Turm.
Er ist 18 m hoch und die Aussichtsplattform ist über 92 Stufen zu erreichen.
Der Haldy-Turm wurde aus Mitteln einer Sammlung der Bürger zu Ehren des Landrates Haldy (1885 bis 1899 Landrat des damaligen Kreises Gummersbach) errichtet.
Der Landrat wohnte im Haus Ley.
Vom Haldy-Turm hat man einen wunderbaren Weitblick über den Ort Ründeroth und seine Umgebung.Auf dem Turm weht die deutsche Fahne am Mast, sie wurde jedoch schon zweimal gestohlen und wieder durch den Heimat- und Verschönerungsverein Ründeroth gehisst.
Der Verein hat auch die Betreuung des Turmes übernommen und plant die Einrichtung einer Video-Überwachung des Turms und seiner Umgebung.Die Sicht ist seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr eingeschränkt, die Sicht in das Aggertal wurde durch Wegnahme von Bäumen wieder ermöglicht.
Das kam auch der seltenen Tollkirsche (Atropa belladonna) zugute, die zum Gedeihen Licht braucht.
