Detailed description is Fundado em Fevereiro de 1991 por um grupo de amigos e adeptos do motociclismo..
O GMC foi formalizado através de escritura pública em Outubro de 1991 no Cartório Notarial de Góis.
O passo seguinte foi a filiação na Federação Nacional de Motociclismo (FNM), em Novembro, o que nos permitiu em 1992 participar no “Troféu Nacional de Todo-o-terreno”, com o famoso “Raide a Góis”.
Este é hoje, sem dúvida, uma das melhores e mais duras provas do Campeonato Nacional..
Em 1993 organizámos a 1ª concentração de Góis com a presença de cerca de 150 motociclistas, número que hoje chega às dezenas de milhar tornando este evento no maior do panorama Nacional..
Decorria o ano de 2004 quando se realizou o 2º Enduro “Góis – Paraíso Todo-o-Terreno”, prova pontuável para o campeonato nacional, que contou com a presença recorde de 180 pilotos, tendo decorrido de forma exemplar e considerada por todos como “de qualidade a nível mundial”..
No motociclismo de competição a nossa notoriedade vai muito para além da organização de provas, tendo o GMC conquistado nos anos de 1995 e 1996 o título de Campeão Nacional de Enduro por equipas, mantendo actualmente uma equipa de competição e o apoio a jovens valores Goienses, a disputar os campeonatos de Enduro, algumas provas do nacional de TT e downhill..
Prosseguindo com uma política de constante expansão e aproveitando as riquíssimas potencialidades do belo meio natural da região de Góis, decidimos aumentar o leque de actividades, desenvolvendo as mais variadas modalidades como o todo-o-terreno turístico, o automobilismo e o BTT..
Com este leque enorme de atividades, o GMC assume-se assim como uma entidade de importância fundamental na divulgação da região..
