Très bon état, confortable (DOUCHE DANS CHAQUE CHAMBRE), bien entretenu dans un environnement calme avec vue sur la campagne et les marais.

Idéalement situé (10min de l'autoroute A10), vous pourrez apprécier les promenades sur les pistes cyclables des marais, les baignades dans la rivière ou à la plage, ou encore visiter les villes de Saintes (villes Gallo-romaine), Pons (cité médiévale), Cognac, Talmont (classé village de France), La Rochelle....
