Founded in 1998, GSE began as a boutique firm specializing in control automation and material handling systems.
In 2000 John T (Tom) Wade, PE, FPE (Mechanical & Fire Protection) joined GSE and began the process of widening its service offerings with the addition of mechanical and fire protection engineering.
Again in 2001 services were expanded with the addition of Timothy G.
Morris, PE (Structural).
This event brought a breadth of heavy industrial experience and industry contacts to the company.
With the arrival of Mr.
Morris, the company began a series of successful efforts to capture progressively larger industrial projects.
