- Your own personal, clean gym to work out in an welcoming, invigorating, motivational environment.
- There are three levels of training programs; Apprentice, JourneyMan and Masters:.
- Apprentice Program (10 to 14 weeks) is the Starter Phase during which emphasis is placed on getting the musculoskeletal systems accustomed to the new demands of physical work.
This is where you develop a strong mind/muscle link..
- JourneyMan Program (additional 14 weeks) is the Growth Phase with a focus on distinct improvements in muscular function..
- Master’s Program (following graduation from Journeyman) is the Maintenance Phase which involves sufficient stimulation to prevent the loss of acquired conditioning.
At this point we will develop your Prescription Workouts, targeting areas of needed improvement while maintaining the core..
- At the end of 10 weeks, with a workout of twice a week, you will have learned proper training techniques that will allow you to safely continue your resistance training on your own.

- Should you decide to stay with the program longer than the 10 weeks, there is no end to the progress made as we focus on various training techniques, simultaneously tweeking the exercises and body conformation pertinent to your specific needs/wants along the way.
Many ladies decide to stay in the program as a regular means of ensuring that they have good, consistent workouts that continue to stimulate change and leave them feeling “Alive” every time! At this level we will be able to read each other’s minds and the workouts will become specialized just for you! I’ll give you what you need and want!.
- If and when you decide that it’s time for you to “go it on your own”, I will provide you with the last 3 weeks of your workouts so that you will be able to cycle and integrate them into a program of your own making..

WeightRoom Rules.
- Cost is $45 cash payment per class.
All classes must be prepaid for the following week’s classes..
- 10 week booking: A $450 non-refundable cash payment is required for each 10 week bookings.
This deposit will be used up on your first 10 classes.
Any unscheduled cancellations must be paid for..
Full Season Bookings: A $450 deposit is required to hold your spot.
MISSED CLASSES: You are permitted up to 3 weeks vacation time off per your work schedule plus 3 unscheduled cancellations (ie last minute cancellations due to sickness or life in general).
Once your sick days are used up, regular charges for unscheduled cancellations are incurred..
Partners: Return students have the option of partnering with each other if I feel you are at a compatible level.
These classes are $30/class with no sick days so all missed classes must be paid so that your partner can keep this rate..
- THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SICKNESS.
IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING POTENTIALLY CONTAGIOUS, YOU MUST CANCEL..
- Classes are cancelled after 20 minutes for No Shows .
- A Before and After picture will be taken at the very beginning and very end of your selected time at GruelMaster Fitness.
Should you decide to be a “Forever Gurl” meaning that you have signed up for the whole season, then pics will be taken at the beginning and end of the year.
Weight scale and measurements will be taken at the beginning of every month , and Assessment Tests with total body tape measurements will be taken every 4 weeks.
Please dress appropriately to ensure a revealing pic.
You can put a t-shirt on after the pics, but we need to see skin in order to really see the changes..
- You will come through the office door, remove your outdoor shoes and wait for me to come and get you if the office is busy, or just walk right through to the weightroom if the office is empty..
- There is a changeroom with lockers provided.
This is where you will leave your coats etc..
- It is imperative that we remember that GRD Accounting comes first.
This means there will be interruptions in the training from time to time so that I am able to tend to any GRD Accounting clients that may come in during your classes.
You must pay strict attention to the names of all exercises and the techniques used so that you are able to perform them on your own if need be until I am able to return to you..
- Your class is 1 hour in duration.
As soon as the next class starts, if you aren’t finished your routine yet, you are welcome to stay to completion, but you will be on your own..

What to Bring.
- Wear layers as the weather cools.
I recommend a long sleeved shirt and sweats over a spandex sports bra and shorts or spandex bottoms.
- Water bottle.
Please be kind to the environment by using a reusable bottle along with the water provided..
- Indoor shoes.

DAY 1.
The first day will consist primarily of measurements, the Assessment Testing and getting your BEFORE pics done.
Some weight training will take place as well, but it will be an easy day for all of you.
The new students will begin their journey to establishing a strong mind/muscle connection, and the return students will get a nice, easy reintroduction back to their last routine..

AND THEN.
During the first 3 weeks of training, I will be teaching you how to establish proper motor recruitment and contractions for each muscle group.
You will be learning strict form and techniques for maximum results and minimum injuries for multiple exercises; changes will occur raidly during this period.
At this point, you will have saved yourself approximately 10 years of guesswork had you tried training on your own..
After week 3, you will have learned how your body works, how to get a full and proper contraction, and I will have established your strength range.
From there on out, I will consistently lead you towards your maximum gains each and every workout in minimum time.
We will continue working on proper lifting techniques and core training that will leave you feeling supercharged and wanting more.
There is no limit to how far I can take you with training.
Even after 30 years, I still learn something new every day and have managed to keep my workouts stimulating so I can do the same for you..

- Lockers > first come, first served as there are not enough for all of you.
If you currently have a locker and don’t really use it, please give it up for someone that needs it.
