Growth Ministries (www.growthministries.com) began as an outgrowth of the discipleship materials I wrote while pastoring a new church on the south side of Indianapolis.
I felt deeply that the spiritual growth of the individual should be congruent with the growth of the church.
The church grew to a congregation of approximately 2000, while starting ten more churches in the U.S.
and a church in Brazil, S.A.
- all with an intentional approach to discipleship and accountability.
Over several years, the ten churches started four churches; the four churches started four churches; and the Brazil church started eighteen.
Thus, the community of churches has grown to 38.
