Your source for fresh, seasonal garden produce and farm fresh eggs raised according to organic practices.
Gregerson Family Farm was established in 2014 with the purchase of our property and we have had a wonderful first 2016 market season.

We are proud Idaho natives, (though I tease my husband all the time for his having been born in Spokane, Washington!) and are so very blessed to call this beautiful place "home".
Our farm consists of approximately one acre in the heart of Dalton Gardens..

Our first order of business in 2014 was to begin our preparations and accommodations for the start of our poultry and egg enterprise.
It all began with a mixed-selection of brown egg layers and we have since become the proud owners of sought-after heritage breeds like Cuckoo Murrans and Welsummers.

We aspire to be a diversified farm, growing to accommodate the wants/needs of the local community, and it is my utmost desire to change the way people think about food.

We use cover crops and natural composted chicken manure fertilizer to improve the quality of our soil.
Though we are not a certified organic farm, we spend many winter weeks seeking out organically grown seed stock for our garden produce and spend many more weeks throughout the spring/summer using all-natural weed and pesticide prevention practices.

We are an all-natural, chemical-free (insecticide, pesticide and herbicide-free) kind of farm.
We combat these problems with all-natural, organic, remedies.

Our family consists of husband, Randy, wife Erica, daughter Aubrey, and son Nicholas.
All of the farm work is done by family members, with the exception of any friend (or stranger for that matter!) that stops by and makes the mistake of asking if we need any help! The days are long, the work is hard, but at the end of the day, at the end of the year, the reward is SO great.
What better way to teach our kids about work ethics, science, soil health, sustainability, responsibility, community, REAL FOOD...
the list could go on and on.
And we get to do it! Day in and day out.
We are truly blessed..

While according to the State of Idaho, we are the legal owners of this property, we generally consider ourselves to be the entrusted stewards and caretakers of this God-given blessing.
We hope to be a blessing to many in return...
so keep watch for our seasonal re-opening in May-June!!! .
