Delivery Hours.
We try to deliver when people are home.
So our window is from 4:30-9:00 on Thursday evenings.
We will always try to ring the doorbell and get you at the door.
If you're not available, we will leave the box in a shaded safe area (you are able to stipulate where in your account setup).
If you are in a condo or apartment and need special assistance, let us know, or fill out the details in your account setup.
Rest assured that the boxes are guaranteed, so if worst case scenario something happens to the box, we will take care of the cost for you..

Our customization window is available to you at no extra cost and is open Friday evenings until Sunday at midnight.
