It is popularly called the CAGPANGI falls before it was legally registered and turn edit into it's present name.

It all started in the year 2011 when Atty.
Eusebio Avila, the owner bought their farm land in Davao City where he planted Cacao trees.
Since the plantation's outcome was good, he decided to bring it over to their 15 hectare farmland in Cagpangi, Surigao del Sur and re-plant it.
While he was resting on the other side of the land where the waterfalls is located, a bright idea came to his mind, got inspired and develop this beautiful land into a resort not just for personal interest but also for the benefit of the locals..

Green Falls is a spectacular 7 multi-step falls with scenic surroundings.
Cagpangi Falls will welcome you as it rises majestically to a height and a breath taking width.
It is nestled in a tropical rainforest with towering, century-old trees and exotic flora and fauna surrounding it..

The main falls which measures 64 ft.
in height and 72 ft.
in width.
It was named after the place it is located, Sitio Cagpangi.
It has its own sunken plunge pool as well as the other 6 falls.
It flows continuously down to the resort’s entrance.

The falls was named after the youngest son of Atty.
Eusebio Avila and Rebecca Avila.
