Detailed description is Providing instruction in Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu, and the philosophy and culture of China, along with fitness and martial systems from around world.
Greetings, All! After a twenty-year career in martial arts that included time as a soldier, police officer, bouncer, and in the ring, I decided the only thing left to do was to live and study in China.
For the better part of three years, I lived in Beijing and studied martial and healing arts with the masters there.
Now, back in my home state of Indiana, it is my intention to make these teachings available to everyone.
I am currently teaching a free class on Saturday mornings in the town of Mulberry, just outside of Lafayette, and am available for private/group instruction/seminars/etc.
We will soon feature many of the the teachings in video format, through a web platform.
These teachings have the ability to transform your physical, mental, and spiritual health, and it is my hope to make them available to as many people as possible.
