Our consolidated membership dates back to 1936 beginning with Wolverine Knitting Mills and will be celebrating its 77th year anniversary in September of 2013.
Our charter began in June of 1963 as Bay City Mercy Hospital and our Core Employer Group is still Bay Regional Medical Center.
