With over 40 years experience as a creative choreographer of the performing and healing arts, I am available for conferences and retreats - to guide participants into mindful movement experiences that open all to flow.
Whether instructing a group of 8 or 800, I inspire people to MOVE WITH GRACE.
My sessions can be from 10 minutes to one hour to three hour workshops - and are always designed for each specific group and request.
