Detailed description is Goodman's Christmas Tree Farm Family owned and operated since 1982, the Goodman Farm is a 65 acre plantation offering Choose and Cut, Wholesale and Retail trees in 8 species for your selection.
Our farm is sheared and fertilized annually and replanted each spring.
We are proud to supply our customers with a Real Live Christmas Tree in keeping with the true tradition of Christmas.

Our Species:.
Balsam Fir – Abies balsamea – ¾” to 1 ½” short, flat, long lasting needles that are rounded at the tip; nice, dark green color with silvery cast and fragrant.
Named for the balsam or resin found in blisters on bark.
Resin is used to make microscope slides and was sold like chewing gum; used to treat wounds in Civil War.

Concolor Fir or White Fir – Abies concolor – blue-green needles are ½ to ½ inches long; nice shape and good aroma, a citrus scent; good needle retention.
Leaf: Flattened needles are blunt at the tip often curving upwards.
A citrus smell is present when the needle is broken.
In nature can live to 350 years..
