We are far from elite athletes and far from perfectly shaped.
We love fitness but realize that "fit" comes in all shapes and sizes.

With our busy lives, including jobs, husbands and children, Robbin and I sometimes find it easy to neglect our fitness.
It is encouraging to have each other as GObuddies to help pull each other out the door.
