All of the above are excellent reasons to sign up to tend and harvest the Glenview New Church & School Community Garden this season! "Signing up" just means contacting me so I know you want to come on a regular basis.
From there, we can work out a schedule that is convenient to you and beneficial for the garden.
For novices who want to work alongside others and learn, the time slot will be Tuesday mornings, from 9:00 until 12:00.
Every time you volunteer in the garden you will walk home with a grocery bag, or more, of produce.
All produce not needed by volunteers will be taken to the Northfield Township Food Pantry.
