You could not be any closer – only 20 steps away from the water, you can smell the ocean air and hear the waves land on the soft sand.
The extra large wrap around balcony allows you more privacy with extra light and space- extra privacy not many units can give you.

Glass House on the Sea has no building to your right – the only things in your sight will be the pretty boats in the marina.
