Our teaching is cross-training between empty hands and weapons with emphasis on short to middle range weapons using knives and sticks.
Not to worry, we take precautions so that training with weapons is as safe as possible.

Physical training combines soft relaxed training drills to develop muscle memory, timing and rhythm, and technique coupled with fast energetic “blitz” drills to develop strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
The physical training will inherently provide you with a level of fitness but how fit you want to become with be largely dependent of what you put into it.
