Detailed description is Welcome all GT Alumni with an interest in aviation! GTAAG is an extension of and coordinates activities with the Yellow Jacket Flying Club (YJFC).
Founded in 1946, the YJFC is the oldest collegiate flying club in the US! Whether you're interested in getting a pilot's license, already have your license, or just want to come along for the ride because you like aviation, the YJFC is the place for you! We are a not-for-profit organization and a Georgia Tech affiliated student club, and membership is open to all Georgia Tech students, alumni, faculty, staff, and their immediate families.
Our fleet consists of 4 Cessna 172's ranging from basic trainers to advanced GPS equipped cross country aircraft.
